Strongly fragrant and very big now as an export flower. Notoriously shy to flower, the secret is that each bulb will only flower once. To ensure a succession of flowers, remove the numerous offsets from a flowered bulb and grow them in a separate area. They will flower readily either one or two seasons later, but will not flower if left attached to the mother bulb, due to overcrowding. |
